Firearms (guns, ammunitions, explosives) exist in Bermuda, the 'army' (regiment) and the police possess them.  Want to know more about what is bought?  Direct Commercial Sales from the USA are the subject of licences permitting the activity.   The State Department's Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) program regulates private U.S. companies' overseas sales of weapons and other defense articles, defense services, and military training. DCS should be distinguished from the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, which manages government-to-government sales.

DCS licenses do not necessarily refer to final sales; they indicate only that the State Department has granted permission for a possible sale. The State Department estimates that about half of all export licenses it grants result in actual deliveries.  A register of licences granted can be found at: Firearms Export Licences

It is assumed the $49,545 (licences) is exceeded by the deliveries ($113,953) due to the latter representing previous years (1996?) orders.  (A break-down is detailed below)
