I am a Detective Sergeant in the Bermuda Police Service currently attached to the Narcotics Section.

At 2.30pm on Saturday March 31 1990 I went to 9 North Ward, New Brunswick, N.J. in company with Customs Officer Bean.  At that location I had a conversation with Mr Shields and Mrs Anterie Williams the occupants of the residence, they had no knowledge of Dwight Hatherley.

At 4.50pm on Saturday March 31 1990, in company with Customs Officer Bean I went to 15 South 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA, a retail store known as "The Sound of Market Street" exists at that address.  I saw a man I now know to be Arie Atiya.  I showed Mr Atiya a telefaxed copy of a "Sound of Market Street" invoice number 624384.  Mr Atiya signed and dated this document.  I recorded a witness statement from Mr Atiya.

At 4.00pm on Monday April 2 1990 again in company with Customs Officer Bean I went to building 154, Brewster Road at Newark International Airport.  US Air Freight Department is located there.  At that location I saw a man I now know
to be Rasaq Are.  I recorded a witness statement from Mr Are.

At 4.50pm the same day at the same location I saw a man I now know to be Joseph Valente, I showed Mr Valente an Airway Bill Number 037 0110 6033, he signed and dated the document.  Mr Valente handed me a photostat copy of the same Airway Bill, he signed and dated that document in my presence.  I then recorded a witness statement from Mr Valente.
