1720Freight Shed, Civil Air Terminal, St. Georges.  Present D/Sergeant McLean, D/Constable Providence, P.C. Bourne, Special Constable Simmons, Customs Officer S Pitcher, T Simons, Rodill, Scott, Brown and Pitcher.
Two 26" GE Color T.V.`s addressed to Jimmy Harvey, 36 Morgans Rd, Warwick, Bermuda 809 23 60881 on a U.S. Air label in the U.S. Air freight section on a pallet.  DC Providence photographed the two 26" GE TV boxes.
1730 TV#1 CO Rodill opened box and noticed it contained a 26" GE  Color T.V.  See # 945560102 Model # 26GC415.
CO Rodill removed the back of the T.V.
Back contained a piece of shiny metal covering the air vents.
Noticed 4 packages wrapped in duct (silver in colour) tape inside the T.V.
DC Providence photographed the opened T.V. with the packages inside.
Customs Officer Rodill removed one package from the left side of T.V.  Noticed it had 11lbs in red ink on the tape.
CO Rodill removed small package from top of T.V. it had 6lbs on the tape.  CO Rodill took a piece of cardboard box with "VANS" with a piece of beige tape with B28 = (S) 8½ stuck to it.
1740Customs Officer Rodill removed two large packages from right side of the T.V. which were attached with a piece of steel wire with markings in blue and red ink in two places on the tape, ie, 11 lbs.
CO Rodill handed these items to Special Constable Simmons who placed them in a trash bag.
TV#2CO Rodill opened the 2nd 26 inch GE Color T.V. box.
Noticed it contained a 26" GE Color T.V.
Ser. # 945560078, Model # 26GC415.
CO Rodill removed the back of the T.V.
Noticed back contained a piece of shiny metal covering the air vents.
Also noticed two large packages wrapped in duct (silver in colour) tape inside the T.V.
DC providence took photographs of the opened T.V. with the packages inside.
CO Rodill removed one package from the right side of the T.V.
Noticed 15lbs in blue ink on the duct tape.
CO Rodill removed a piece of cardboard box with MR89512 on it.
CO Rodill removed the other package from the left side of T.V.
Noticed 16¼lbs on duct tape on it.
CO Rodill handed these items to Special Constable Simmons who placed them in a trash bag.
CO Rodill placed T.V.`s back in boxes and left them in the U.S. Air Section.
1815Finished with exhibits etc.
1844Sergeant Mclean, S.C. Simmons and self conveyed exhibits to Narcotics Office.
1900  Arrived at Narcotics.
1940Sergeant McLean, CO Rodill and self to the freight shed to collect T.V.`s and boxes.
2015Arrived at Narcotics with T.V.`s and boxes.
